Welcome to The Sparkling Mermaid! By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Information

The Sparkling Mermaid specializes in permanent jewelry, custom jewelry and custom-fitted pieces, including toe rings. We aim to provide high-quality, lasting jewelry and exceptional customer service.

2. Permanent Jewelry Services

Permanent jewelry is welded using a tiny jump ring and designed to stay on until removed by cutting the jump ring. By agreeing to this service, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You are responsible for the care of your jewelry after purchase.

• Rewelding services are free within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, a $10 reweld fee applies.

• The chain must be present for rewelding. We are not responsible for lost or broken chains.

3. Deposits for Jewelry Parties

• A non-refundable $25 deposit per guest is required for jewelry parties, applied toward the final purchase.

• A minimum of 5 guests must purchase jewelry for the host to receive a free stainless steel bracelet.

• Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Promotions & Discounts

• Shipping fees apply for non-local customers.

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

5. Custom Orders

• Custom orders require full payment upfront.

• Due to the personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. Refund & Exchange Policy

• Permanent jewelry and custom pieces are final sale.

• For other products, exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• The Sparkling Mermaid is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damage resulting from improper care of the jewelry.

• Customers are advised to inform us of any known allergies before purchasing.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer local and national shipping.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• The Sparkling Mermaid is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

9. Privacy Policy 
Your personal information is used solely to process your orders and improve your shopping experience. We do not share your information with third parties.
