A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This fee will be applied toward your jewelry purchase on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations:
• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Arrivals:
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your booking fee, and you will be required to rebook through the website.
No-Shows:
• Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in loss of your booking fee, and you will be required to rebook through the website.
